The QPER Health app requires you to regularly measure eight key metrics:
  1. Intentional Movement
  2. Mindful Nutrition
  3. Steps
  4. Sleep
  5. Fasting Blood Glucose
  6. Blood Pressure
  7. BMI/Weight
  8. Resting Heart Rate
You need to input data for all eight metrics. Please do not confuse the data input process with the concept of input/output metrics.
The app requires eight metrics, divided into Input and Output categories.

Input Metrics: These are the lifestyle metrics you have direct control over. By adjusting these inputs, you can influence your output metrics. The four input metrics are:
  1. Intentional Movement
  2. Mindful Nutrition
  3. Steps
  4. Sleep

Output Metrics: These metrics reflect how your body responds to changes in your input metrics over time. The four output metrics are:
  1. Fasting Blood Glucose
  2. Blood Pressure
  3. BMI/Weight
  4. Resting Heart Rate
Important Note: You need to input data for all eight metrics. Don't confuse the data input process with the concept of input/output metrics.
Here's the recommended frequency for measuring each metric:
  1. Intentional Movement: Every time you do it. Qualifies if the session is 20 minutes or longer at moderate intensity. Enter minutes manually or use the start/stop function on the dashboard.
  2. Mindful Nutrition: Daily at the end of the day. Enter manually.
  3. Steps: Daily. Wear your watch at all times; the app will sync automatically.
  4. Sleep: Daily. Wear your watch at all times; the app will sync automatically.
  5. Fasting Blood Glucose: Weekly. Use the connected blood glucose monitor. More frequent measurements are fine.
  6. Blood Pressure: Weekly. Use the connected blood pressure monitor. More frequent measurements are fine.
  7. BMI/Weight: Weekly. Use the connected scale. More frequent measurements are fine.
  8. Resting Heart Rate: Daily. Wear your watch at all times; the app will sync automatically.
Life happens, and you might miss some measurements. Just get back to your routine as soon as you can.

    • Track the shipment of your health devices directly from the app.
  4. Device Delivery and Setup:
    • Your subscription activates upon device delivery.
    • Pair all your devices with the QPER Health App on your iPhone.
  5. Begin Your QPER Health Journey!
The QPER Health platform helps you take control of your lifelong health journey, 26 weeks at a time. This personalized program is designed to help you achieve optimal health through a healthier lifestyle. The journey is divided into three phases: Baseline Journey, Transformation Journey, and Destination Journey. QPER Health provides innovative tools like Digital Twin, QPER Health Map, and connected devices to keep you engaged and on track.

Baseline JourneyYour journey begins with a one-week Baseline Journey. During this week, maintain your usual lifestyle without any changes. Use QPER Health app and connected devices to provide data for at least four days across all eight input and output metrics . At the end of this week, the app analyzes your data to establish your starting position on various health maps. You will set personalized goals for the four input metrics, guided by the app, which will then create a 24-week Health Map of your output metrics and your QPER Health Age. This map shows your current location, destination, path, and timeline. Now you are ready for the next phase.

Transformation JourneyNext, you embark on the 24-week Transformation Journey. Each week, meet your input goals and continue measuring all eight health metrics. Your health maps will show your journey's progress:
  • Green Line:Represents your average path based on your data.
  • Orange Line:Represents your Digital Twin’s path, your ideal self, following the computed blue path.
Aim to do better than your Digital Twin, but remember, the key is to stay engaged, enjoy the journey, and understand how your body responds to healthy changes.

Destination JourneyWeek 26 is the final week, known as the Destination Journey. Provide at least four days of data for all metrics as you did during the Baseline Journey. At the end of this week, the app will compare your destination results with your baseline results, helping you understand your transformation. With this experience, you can set new goals and begin a new 26-week journey towards improved health.
